What People Rarely Say About Waiting for the Right Man

The bible says in Proverbs 18: 24 :He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.

God will not expose you to the show room when he is not done with you in the workshop. Don’t run off when you are still a good thing in the making.

If you walked through a boutique and began to notice clothes on display that had zips not in place, buttons missing and a general sense of not being finished, you are certainly not going to buy such. You would most likely storm out of that store and never return there.

Because manufacturers know this , they supply only finished products in top shape to stores and dealers.

God sees you that way too. In order for you to be found as a wife, God has to finish you. He will not lift you from the workshop to the show room with rough edges, loose trimmings dangling every where.

Now, you may say no one marries knowing every single thing that there is to know .Yes, so true because I have evolved from the woman I was to the woman I am now a decade after the vows. However, there is a required level of finishing you must attain before you are found. God wants you to be a good thing a man finds and the favour that he obtains.

Don’t abort the process. If a table that was meant to grace the living room of a grand mansion runs out unfinished, someone may actually take it home but never utilize it at its full value. And guess what, because the table was unfinished and one legged, it might end up being used as firewood!

As you begin to desire marriage, pause and reappraise yourself. What value are you bringing to the table? How is a man going to be better for having you besides those heated up moments of passion beneath the sheets? Go through the process, read books, upgrade yourself, invest in yourself (beyond human hair and facebeats) add value to yourself ( like signing up for Immerse Inner Circle 😊). Be that woman that is finished and ready to be found.

The time for all of us to go through the process will never be the same. What’s most important is that you go through YOUR OWN process. In the fullness of time, you will look back and laugh at the times you cried, pouted at God, struggled to hop out of the workshop into the show room and wasted energy pursuing men who were never meant for you.

Be the table that was intended to grace a living room, not the one that accidentally ended up in a fire.

And then as your endurance grows even stronger it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking.
