At IMMERSE Coaching Company, we have continued to be inspired by seeing women rise into personal transformation, empowered visions and opportunities to create impact.
Since we started in 2014, we have built a 70, 000+ member-strong global coaching community, raising visionaries, especially of African descent to transform our world in meaningful ways. In 2020, we started the SproutWoman Coaching Program to prepare, position and propel young ladies (aged between 15 and 24 years) for lives of purpose, growth and impact as they step out of stereotypes, self-made stories and societal scripts into their God-design, so they can live, love and lead authentically.
With the help of sponsors like you, we have so far received Scholarship Slots for 3,000+ young ladies.
Our specially curated courses go beyond academics; representing a fusion of personal growth, leadership cultivation, and hands-on life proficiencies. These meticulously tailored learning paths are geared towards preparing our scholars for success in various aspects of life. Every member of SproutWoman gains entry to these transformative courses, bolstered by supporting resources, introspection-driven workbooks, and an extensive eBook Library housing over 200+ books encompassing finance, health, emotional intelligence, vision, and spirituality.
The heart of the work we do is Transformation because we believe Transformed Minds Lead to Transformed Lives who then Transform the Society. Through the SproutWoman Sponsorship, these young ladies will have the opportunity to walk through a Customized 90-Day Transformational Coaching Map we’ve designed to help them set up and implement weekly learning, action and goal tracking. This has proven to be a significant part of helping them succeed.

The journey has been amazing so far especially with my mindset and my attitude to work.
I’ve healed from an experience I didn’t even know was painful to me that I was masking up but the resources helped me think about it and also get over it.
I have started taking opportunities that come my way seriously unlike me being nonchalant about them before.
I’ve also been able to start my YouTube channel and create structures to avoid being overwhelmed in my everyday life.
I have started taking my health seriously and intentional about exercise to stay fit
I’ve implemented a schedule in my life and it has helped to draw boundaries on when to say no and yes. I was able to draw out my life compass and I’ve been taking each one and implementing the 3-month cycle.
My emotions are in a better place. There’s a book I read from CLEANSE PATHWAY that has transformed my life – Uninvited: Living Loved When You Feel Less Than, Left out and Lonely. I’ve stopped creating walls in my head with people, I now believe that yep; God is good (not like I didn’t know before but it resonates deeply now), I was able to forgive through the book and learn that I was made FOR-GIVING – this is my favorite affirmation now by the way. Even when things are not going my way I just remind myself that just like Christ gave, I was made for GIVING.
Really, I’ve seen a lot of changes and the best is the fact that I approach life in a whole new way.
I believe coming into the circle at this time was divine. I am currently transitioning to a new phase of my life and it’s been tremendous gleaning from the learning platform. It has restructured my perception to higher thinking about my life and the decisions I make. Joining the platform has also impacted by extension the community of young ladies I lead, our collective growth this period has been so massive that I can settle for less no more. I just see possibilities in everything, knowing that if my mind can think it, then it’s possible.

I joined the IMMERSE Inner Circle at a point in my life when I felt lost and confused. I followed the future forward female intensive program with DDK on YouTube and decided to join the IMMERSE circle ( which has been my best decision ever!) At first, I felt that I just needed something to help me pull through the immense rejection and pain I was feeling. Breaking out of a romantic relationship I built for years left me feeling clueless, coupled with low self-esteem. But my journey here did— and is doing— much more. I found Ijeoma. I found me. I learned individuality and went for what I really wanted.
I told my support coach that I didn’t want to generalize and say I experienced a mindshift😅, but that was the major part. I learned crisis management, setting achievable and smart goals, learning how to deal with failure, bounce-backability, and learning to visualize my goals and dreams. And I know that I’m ready for the next phase of my life.

When I took the assessment for this cycle, I wanted to be on another pathway because my friend was there. But the assessment came out and I got catalyze. I decided to stay and not retake it or alter my answers. So I enrolled. So far it has been my favourite pathway ever.
It aligns so much with my current life season, and I am applying my learning in real time. My influence has dramatically increased and people are taking decisions that I am proud of. I have a few people who are accountable to me and are growing.
