These terms of service (“terms”) govern the use of the Company’s website and by using this website, Users (“You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by the terms. The Company reserves the right to change these terms of service. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our Services
IMMERSE Coaching Company (the “Company”, “us”, “we”, “our”) is a membership based personal transformation bootcamp, equipping women to launch into a higher version of themselves. We provide our services through coaching, content, courses and conferences leveraging on community-based development. Our services are available to members of the Inner circle. Membership is based on a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription to any of the coaching packages. Please see our IMMERSE Inner Circle package.
Our free coaching services are also available to non-members of the Inner Circle upon creating an account on the website. Non-members interested in membership can subscribe to any of the coaching packages on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
User Privacy
The privacy of our users is important to us. It is our policy to ensure that they are protected hence our commitment to the security of their personal information. Please see the IMMERSE Coaching Company Privacy Statement which describes the types of data we collect from users and how we utilise such Data.
Accounts
In order to access our Services, you are required to create an account on the Company’s website (“Account”). By creating an account with us, you warrant that:
- No misrepresentation was made in your statement, hence, information supplied by you are accurate and true;
- Your account is personal to you and you shall maintain the confidentiality of it and take responsibility for all activities that occur on your Account; and
- You shall report any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
IMMERSE Coaching Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your misrepresentation or non-compliance with these representations.
You agree to indemnify IMMERSE Coaching Company in the event of any loss, claim or demand which arises as a result of inaccurate information or a misrepresentation by you or a breach of these terms.
Account Termination
You can choose to opt out of our services by closing your account at any time. To close your account, please go your profile settings and click on the option for account closure or send an email to [email protected] to request for an account closure.
The termination of your account implies that your right to use our services ends immediately.
Any liability or obligation incurred by you prior to the termination of your account shall survive the termination.
User Generated Content
The User Generated Content do not at any time represent the views of IMMERSE Coaching Company and the Company will not be held liable jointly or severally or in any manner whatsoever for any reliance placed on a User-Generated Content or information by other Users.
Valuable Consideration
Our Services are offered for a valuable consideration, the payment of which is made using a third-party payment platform integrated on the website.

Please note that we are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
If any dispute arises as to the validity, interpretation, effect or rights and obligations of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement, the Parties shall use their best endeavors to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute, failing which they shall resort to mediation failing mediation, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration to be conducted in Lagos by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Lagos Court of Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (2004).
Severability
Where any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service and, shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.
Proprietary Rights
IMMERSE Coaching Company reserves the rights to all titles, ownership rights and intellectual properties in and to the content posted by the Company and services
These services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You are granted only a limited right to use the services subject to these terms and no intellectual property rights are or will deemed to be transferred or licensed to Users. IMMERSE Coaching Company shall protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.
Reference to content in the proprietary right portion of these terms, includes but not limited to coaching, courses and conferences materials.
Users are permitted to download certain resources on the website such as the assessments, workbooks and exercise template. However, the Company does not allow the download of videos and audios except as expressly permitted and authorised. Any unauthorised download of resources constitutes a violation of the Company’s proprietary rights.
Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS WRITTEN IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”
IMMERSE Coaching Company does not warrant or guarantee that the website or any of its functions will be error free. Users agree that the services may be unavailable due to the fluctuation on the part of their network provider or a website upgrade, hence, IMMERSE Coaching Company will not be liable for User’s inability to use the services.
